Shipping & Returns

• Items must be in stock and ready to ship.
• If an item you ordered is not in stock, we will contact you to confirm backorders or direct ship options before we finish processing the order.
• Since we offer many smaller sizes to meet our variety of customer's needs, we encourage our customers that need to place larger or more complicated orders, especially those with many small roll options, to order with us as early in the day as possible to ensure the order will ship same day.

• Order must be a minimum of $100 after any applicable discounts or coupons.
• Items must be in stock to qualify. Non-stock items will incur a separate shipping charge if customer opts for expedited house or drop shipments from the manufacturer.
• Chicago-land limited to area codes 630, 847, 708, 312, 773, and parts of 815. Area codes do not immediately qualify your order, the actual shipping address must be within the 35 mile radius to qualify.
• Cut off time is 4 pm.
• Free local delivery carrier is decided by Sign Outlet Store and will deliver Monday - Friday only, except on holidays.

• 2% Pick Up discount may not be used in combination with any other coupons or promotions.
• Cannot be used for ink or equipment purchases.

• Valid on orders up to 25 lbs, and products less than 36" in length. (Other over-sized accessories such as rulers and cutting mats do not qualify under this flat rate shipping and will incur separate shipping charges as advertised).
• Applies to all in stock items only.  All drop ship items will be billed at regular shipping rates.
• Flat rate shipping applies to orders that ship complete.  Split shipments or backorders do not qualify for flat rate shipping and will be billed separately.
• Average 2-7 days transit time, depending on carrier, your shipping location, and stock status. Please contact our representatives with questions.
• Our choice of carrier: UPS, USPS, or Spee-Dee
• No online-only restrictions: You can order online or over the phone and still receive the flat rate if your order qualifies. Our experienced representatives would be happy to assist you in making the right shipping decisions for your orders.
• Flat rate shipping offer not valid on equipment purchases.
• Flat Rate shipping is only available in the contiguous United States. 

Return Policy

Sign Outlet Store will not accept any returns, exchanges, or issue credit after 14 days from date of invoice on any equipment and 25 days on all other sales. Any merchandise sent back to the Sign Outlet Store without an RMA number will be refused at the door.

Any defective material returned will require a return credit authorization from the manufacturer. Before the Sign Outlet Store can issue a store credit. If a non-defective product is returned within 25 calendar days, we can only exchange it or issue a store credit. NO CASH REFUNDS. ALL Merchandise must be in 100% resalable condition, and must include original packing materials, manuals, blank warranty cards, and other accessories or be subject to a 10-25% restocking fee.

Sales of any products that have to be ordered direct from the manufacturer are final and cannot be returned. This includes but not limited to, custom made banners, 1,5,10,& 50 yard rolls of vinyl, and any other consumable items. In addition, all sales are considered final and absolutely NO refunds or credit for wholesale print jobs, clipart, training or graphic CD’s and DVD’s.
