Warranties: Production Plus Graphics, Inc. has made a diligent effort to provide accurate description and specification of the products offered for sale, however such descriptions and specifications are for the sole purpose of identification, and do not express or imply a warranty that the products are merchantable or fit for a particular purpose, or that the products will necessarily conform to the descriptions or specification. No warranty or affirmation of fact, express or implied, other that contained in this proposal or this document or this document is made or authorized by Production Plus Graphics, Inc.

Cost Enforcement: In the event it is necessary for Production Plus Graphics, Inc. to institute legal proceedings and/or retain an attorney for collection of the contract, purchasers agrees to pay Production Plus Graphics, Inc. all costs of enforcement, collection and attorney’s fees and costs incurred, whether or not court proceedings are instigated, in addition to other sums. Any checks returned for any reason will be charged an additional $35.00 for processing.

Limitation of Liability: Any liability for consequential or incidental damages is expressly disclaimed. Production Plus Graphics, Inc. liability in any case is limited to and shall not exceed the purchase price and no return for any product is authorized without prior written authorization by Production Plus Graphics, Inc.

Production Suitability : While Production Plus Graphics, Inc. may recommend a product for particular task, it cannot and will not guarantee or be held responsible for the carrier errors and you must report all damage claims to the delivering carrier.

Freight Policy: Standard shipping for most orders is UPS. Rates are based on order weight, shipping method and UPS Zones. We are not responsible for carrier errors and you must report all damage claims to the delivering carrier.

Payment Terms: For purchasers with established credit terms are net 30 days from date of shipment. At Production Plus Graphics, Inc.’s option, export orders may be subject to special export payment terms and quotations. Any account which is on credit hold cannot redeem their Bonus Points until the outstanding balance is paid in full. Any account that is 60 days past due will forfeit their Bonus Points.

Sales Tax: Production Plus Graphics, Inc. is required to charge state and local tax on items for which a sales tax exemption has not been provided. Customer is responsible for providing up to date tax exemption certificates. Quotations: Pries and specification in quotation and invoices are subject to change without notice and, unless specified, Production Plus Graphics, Inc. reserves the right to substitute the latest model or version of any product offered. In any event, quotation for prices and specification are limited to acceptance within 14 calendar days.

Orders, Inventory, & Adjustments: The Sign Outlet Store does not publicly post in-stock inventory quantities for products. The ability to purchase a product through checkout is not a guarantee of stock or availability. Upon inspection of orders for processing, the Sign Outlet Store reserves the right to question and/or refuse fulfillment either partially or completely for any of the following reasons:(a) suspicion of fraudulent activity, (b) item discontinuation by manufacturer, (c) pricing or product description misprints, (d) technical website malfunctions, (e) customer refusal to pay additional charges for out of stock inventory that can only be direct shipped (f) any other random situation deemed reasonable and applicable by the Sign Outlet Store. Edited order totals will either be adjusted before final payment capture, or credited to the cardholder if caught after the original payment was captured.

Return Policy: Sign Outlet Store will not accept any returns, exchanges, or issue credit after 14 days from date of invoice on any equipment and 25 days on all other sales. Any merchandise sent back to the Sign Outlet Store without an RMA number will be refused at the door.

Any defective material returned will require a return credit authorization from the manufacturer. Before the Sign Outlet Store can issue a store credit. If a non-defective product is returned within 25 calendar days, we can only exchange it or issue a store credit. NO CASH REFUNDS. ALL Merchandise must be in 100% resalable condition, and must include original packing materials, manuals, blank warranty cards, and other accessories or be subject to a 10-25% restocking fee.

Sales of any products that have to be ordered direct from the manufacturer are final and cannot be returned. This includes but not limited to, custom made banners, 1,5,10,& 50 yard rolls of vinyl, and any other consumable items. In addition, all sales are considered final and absolutely NO refunds or credit for wholesale print jobs, clipart, training or graphic CD’s and DVD’s.

Rewards can be earned all products purchased through our online store, with the exception of most equipment. Customers will earn 1 point for every dollar spent on product (1 point = $0.01). Points cannot be earned on shipping or tax amounts. For sale items, points will be calculated based on the sale price at time of checkout, not the regular listed price. Points cannot be earned on orders in which reward points are redeemed (even if the credit only covers some of the total purchase).
